In June 2017 Dr. Barrett formed Certatude Solutions as company dedicated to the incubation and development of new businesses in the professional services space focusing on marketing, digital engagement, customer database, and advanced analytics.
Dr. Barrett founded Resonant Analytics in January 2010 and leads a business that uses big data and big analytics to drive a deeper understanding of business fundamentals. Resonant Analytics develops and implements behavioral targeting algorithms and decision support systems using the latest technologies in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) based on credit bureau, automotive registration, demographic, sociographic, firmographic, and customer purchase behavior data. Dr. Barrett is expert in the understanding and use of technology and data in the B2B and B2C spaces in order to create target marketing and decision support systems, and leveraging this information to drive marketing and business strategy.
